Transaction statuses
Status
Transaction can have different status. Status can be updated over time.
| Transaction status | Description |
|---|---|
| APPROVED | Transaction has been approved and processed. |
| DECLINED | Transaction has been declined. Learn More about Transaction Declined Reasons |
| PENDING | Transaction is being processed but not finalized. It might require further verifications. |
| RELEASED | Dedicated to Card Authorization. Card Authorization has been released, reserved amount in the balance is released. Learn More about Card Transaction |
| REVERSED | Dedicated to Card Authorization. Card Authorization has been reversed/canceled, reserved amount in the balance is released. Learn More about Card Transaction |
| UNKNOWN | Transaction status is unknown. This should not happen; otherwise, please contact your customer care. |
"DECLINED", "RELEASED" and "REVERSED" are final stage status and can't be updated anymore.
